The space

- 24 hours prior to check in guests will be provided their own code to access the property
- Guests will have exclusive access to the apartment and will not share any part of the apartment with other guests except the shared back yard
- There is parking for 2 cars per unit
- **NO GATHERINGS OF OVER 8 PEOPLE** on the premise, this is a rule we take very seriously and will take action if broken
Guest interaction
I give my guests space but am available when needed
Our property manager lives in the one of the four units in the building. They will give you privacy unless asked otherwise. So if you have any issues somebody is on site to lend a hand, otherwise they will respect your privacy.
Neighborhood overview
This is a blue collar neighborhood made up predominantly of students, that is very close to FSU campus. The neighborhood and areas south of the neighborhood are safe, quiet and pleasant to walk around.
Getting around
There are two parking spots marked with the unit number. You can park up to two vehicles. Do not park in other spots that do not have your unit number to avoid incurring a fine. If you have more then two vehicles you will have to find parking elsewhere.

There are various restaurants within walking distance as well as the FSU campus. Grocery stores are over a mile away and would need to be reached by car.
